On Tuesday September 20th at 6:00 a.m. UTC, Webroot will commence an Upgrade to the Webroot Management Console. The maintenance window is scheduled to last up to 3 hours. During this period, console access will be unavailable. All other Webroot services will be working as normal, including scanning and protecting your devices. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this essential maintenance window.
The release will contain the following new and updated functionality.
Site Based File Overrides
File Overrides will now be consolidated on one page with a new and improved view.
Site based Override management and creation will also be available. Previously this was only possible via the Endpoint Protection Console.
Customisable Columns
Administrators will now have access to additional data-points from both the Sites List and the Entities page. Selecting the customise column icon will allow the addition, removal and re-order of columns.
Selections will persist across sessions so admins don't have to adjust the view each time they login.
