On Tuesday 20th August at 5:00 a.m. UTC, Webroot will commence an upgrade to the Webroot Management Console. The maintenance window is scheduled to last up to 4 hours. During this period, console access will be unavailable. All other Webroot services will be working as normal, including scanning and protecting your devices. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this essential maintenance window.
As part of this release we will be introducing the following:
- Process Log - View and search across a list of suspicious processes reported by the Endpoint Protection agent.
- Process Tree - Explore and analyze the suspicious process along with associated processes.
- Device Isolation - A new agent command that allows the isolation of a device from both internal and external network traffic.
