On Saturday, July 11th at 11 A.M. PDT, Webroot will begin performing planned maintenance. The maintenance window is scheduled to last for 30 minutes. During this period, new credential creation will not be available. In addition, real-time updates will be paused. There will be no impact on access to BrightCloud services for customers with existing credentials. Real-time updates and credential creation will resume after the maintenance is complete with no loss in records. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this essential maintenance window.
